Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only. We are committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, standard delivery typically arrives in 3–5 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. STRATA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: $8.00
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $60 (before taxes)

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become available.

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@stratadivision.com.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control (carrier delays, weather, etc.).

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you. If needed, we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
