Refund policy
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days of confirmed delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To help us resolve your request quickly, please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging when reaching out.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for return.
We do not accept returns on:
- Items marked as final sale
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Any items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please initiate a return for the original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
